PURPOSE:To provide a portable electronic timepiece, in which electronic parts constituting electronic circuit for timepiece or other are assembled by the use of a lower plate of indicating means, whereby space required for attachment of these electronic parts can be reduced, and thus it is enabled to make the timepiece in compact and thin structure. |
