PURPOSE:To prevent the channelling of gas and to plan to improve the effect of the catalyst to the catalytic reaction, by reducing the width of flowing passage of gas between the packed layers of the catalyst in the reaction equipment, increasing the friction loss of flowing passage and thus offsetting the ununiformity of pressure distribution of gas.
