In a connector part, the fibre is fastened in a tubular element (4) which, for its part, is mounted on a diaphragm (6) in the vicinity of the end to be coupled. The other tube end can be adjusted by adjusting screws (7). A relatively large screw movement permits fine adjustment of the fibre end, which end can thus be accurately aligned with the fibre end in the other connector part (2). The mutual position of the two connector parts is assured by two V-shaped surfaces on one of the parts, which fit into a V-shaped receptacle in the other connector part. <IMAGE> |
