<p>The rolled sections descaling and paint coating unit increases the feed rate of the material and allows small sections to be handled economically. The sand blasting is supplemented with brushing before the application of protective paint on the upper surface of the sections. Then the material is turned 90 deg. and a second pass for paint spraying is carried out without delays for paint drying. The sand blasting unit (2) and the horizonal brushes (4, 5) as well as vertical brushes (7) are fitted along a roller conveyor (F1). The treated material is then ejected into a collecting pocket (11) or shifted to a roller conveyor (F2) by a transverse drag (9) for passing through the painting station with a heating unit (13) and spray cabin (17). The chains of cross conveyor (15) transfer the material to a roller conveyor (F3) with a paint spray cabin (17).</p> |
