摘要 <p>A textile dye exhaustion process using a >=1 component dye system is optimised according to the formula A = f(x,y,z) by (a) feeding calculated optical standard values of the dyes as a function of concn. of the bath components and >=1 parameters chosen from temp., pH or dye concn. to a directly connected process calculator; (b) controlling dye liquor with the textile to commence dyeing; (c) calculating the concn. changes of the dyes(s) during dyeing as a function of the measured contained values in the above formula using the calculator; (d) calculating the process determining parameters with the above values inc. using the given functional relationship, so that (e) discrete optimal values are obtd. for the variables, taking the limiting conditions into consideration, and (f) using these values as fixed values for the dye system to give self-adjusting, direct, digital regulation of the dye aggregate (A is >=1 of the values chosen from energy-, dye-, dyeing aid consumption, reproducibility or quality to be optimised; x is >=1 of the measured values chosen from bath liquor turn around speed, redox potential, temp. of pH; y is >=1 of the process determining parameters chosen from exhaustion speed, compatibility, apparent activation energy, diffusion speed, frequency factor or apparent adsorption equilibrium constant; z is the optical values and f signifies that x,y,z are functions of A). Dyeing can be carried out economically and reproducibility, quality e.g. evenness, energy- or dyeing aid usage may be optimised.</p>
