<p>The ignition distributor for i. c engine consists of a cover with a tubular socket for cable-less reception of h.v generators. This distributor cover can be used for battery ignition systems. The socket can be provided with a cover having a spring and sealing ring and a pair of cable shoes passing through. The tubular socket accepts h.v generators of different types for direct integration with the distributor cover without cable connections. The chosen generator can be moulded inside the tubular socket with plastics or bitumen for complete shielding against corrosion and durable insulation as well as rigid, correct positioning.</p> |
