Explosive ammunition with particles of pyrophorous material - has explosive charge enclosed concentrically by pyrophorous particles of different sizes

The explosive ammunition carries pyrophorous material particles of different sizes in addition to explosive charge. The pyrophorous material is arranged to ensure high efficiency of distribution on explosion. The particles (9) of the pyrophorous material of different sizes are distributed over the outside circumference of the explosive charge (4). The particles can be also embedded into a plastics envelope coaxial to the explosive charge. The particles can be also situated in the fragment forming shell around the explosive charge. Alternatively the particles of pyrophorous material can be arranged between the explosive charge (4) and the fragment producing shell.
