Road centre dazzle screen fence retainer device - with top clamps for plinth beam and cutout for insertion on plank carrier

The retainer device serves to connect plinth beams with the screen plank carriers, in traffic anti-glare screens. There is a retainer basic unit (20) with two spaced clamping devices (26, 28, 32) on its upper side (24) for the ends of a plinth beam (12) which carries the glare screening elements. The underside of the plinth basic unit is fitted with a downward open cutout (20), for setting the retainer base unit onto a plank carrier (18). The retainer base unit also incorporates a clamping piece (42) for adjustment of the cutout's open cross-section. The cutout pref. extends across the connecting line of the two clamping devices. These and the clamping piece may be adjustable by screw threads.
