The contact spring set (6) is actuated by shifting of a link motion (7) which carries an eccentric cam disc (8). This disc forms the stop surface for deflection of the control spring (15) of the contact spring set, and is rotatably mounted on the link motion. The positive securing of the cam disc angular position is provided by safety elements(12, 13) in the form of a ratchet and pawl. Pref. the cam disc has an axial bore for inserting onto an axial bolt (9) on the link motion at right angles to its shifting direction. The bolt and the cam disc are both provided with complementary latching protrusions or depressions (10, 11) for securing the disc axial position. The axial length of the disc extends over that of the bolt so that a free space remains in the bore region away from the link motion.
