PURPOSE:To lighten shock power due to water level rising by means of exausting non-condensing gas into a pool water by steam at high temp. and under high pressure which is flowed out at the generating time of an accident, and of breaking the blow out panel by pressure rising due to exausting thereof, in an atomic power plant.
