<p>The window, or door is of the type with one fixed panel and one sliding and tilting panel in which one panel can be slid parallel to the other. When closed, their vertical bars overlaps the wing plane. The bar facing the interior is fitted with a covering batten, with a sealing to fit the covered bar. The covering batten (10) is pre-stressed in the direction facing the bar (7) of the outer panel (2). Where the inner panel can be tilted as well as slid along, the degree of this prestressing may exceed the torsional rigidity of the bar, (6) on this panel (3). The covering batten may have a convex bulge towards the outer panel (2).</p> |
