摘要 1458628 Natural flavouring concentrates ASAHI KASEI KOGYO KK 1 Aug 1974 [6 Aug 1973 16 Feb 1974 13 June 1974] 33921/ 74 Heading A2B Natural odour and flavour concentrates of flowers and food are produced by contacting said flowers or food with liquid dimethyl ether with or without water present i.e. at less than -25‹C and normal pressure or -25‹C to 25‹C and 1-4 atmospheres or above 25‹C and greater than 4 atm., and removing the dimethyl ether and water from the resulting solution to produce the required extract. In particular when extracting tea, coffee, bonito or dried shiitake the residue from the dimethyl ether extraction may be extracted with water which is then evaporated to produce a further extract (i.e. as in "instant" tea or coffee) to which is added at least a portion of the initial dimethyl ether extract, which may have had only part of the dimethyl ether and water removed, finally removing any remaining dimethyl ether or water. Preferred foods and flavors include pepper, nutmeg, turmeric, laurel, anise, thyme, coffee, tea, dried bonito, dried shiitake, lemon, lime, citran, roast chicken, roast beef, roast pork, egg yolk or a flaver belonging to Rosaceae, Oleaceae, or Compositae.
