The homobinetic shaft joint has an outer cup with pressed in portions forming part spherical inwardly facing recesses. An inner cup on a second shaft has inwardly pressed portions forming part spherical outwardly facing recesses. Balls are accommodated in the recess, the inner cup recesses being formed so that the balls cannot slip out. The two shafts are hollow, the cup and recesses portions pref. having the same wall thicknesses as the shafts. the joint is a nonsliding joint.
