The time recording on punch cards uses card store, base stop, type-wheel and punch for marking time intervals on cards. The distance between two markings is proportional to the time expired. The card store moves in a horizontal direction. The base stop is provided for a card and can be displaced in a vertical direction. The data is printed on the card by means of the type-wheel. The type-wheel (21) and the die (26) of the card punch are close together and form a stationary marking head (20). The punch (25), type-wheel (21) and pressure element (24) are operated by a common hammer (27). |
