<p>A barrel is designed for storage of liquids out of contact with the air. It has a lining (9) which includes a flanged sealing collar (8) which seals between the neck of the barrel at (11) and the inner face of a cap (6). The cap screws onto the neck and has a tap (12) to release the stored liquid. As the liquid is drawn from the barrel air enters but is kept from contact with the liquid by the lining.</p> |
