Continuous metering unit with static mixing ratio - for two or more component elastomer material mixtures

A continuous metering feeder with a static mixing ratio for two or more component rubbers and synthetic material mixtures, has all the metering cylinders connected rigidly together, and energised simultaneously hydraulically or pneumatically. Specially trained personnel are not necessary and accurate continuously metered feeding of the component materials is ensured. Difference in viscosity cannot affect the alignment of the cylinders. The stroke of the cylinders remains constant.
