The arrangement is intended for an hydraulic pump or turbine with releasable coupling between each stator blade and a blade angle setting lever (2) on the stator hub (1). It is of the type in which at least one roller (6) is arranged between the hub and the lever. The roller is held in the coupled positions by spring force (9) so that it disengages when the actuating moment exceeds that required for closing the stator blade assembly. It has an annular portion (3) rotatably carried on the hub, and this portion (3) or the hub is provided with an annular roller track (8) with a snap-in position (7). The roller is spring-loaded (9) into contact with this track.
