According to the present invention, the mobile psychotherapy system for the relatively underprivileged, which provides a psychotherapy service using a mobile device for the underprivileged who do not relatively receive welfare and medical benefits, comprises an integrated psychotherapy management server (100) which: provides a mobile psychotherapy application for performing psychological diagnosis and treatment on a mobile device (500) of a patient who is a relatively underprivileged subject provided with a medical welfare service from one or more agencies among hospitals, nursing homes and welfare institutions; and performs the psychological diagnosis and treatment for the corresponding patient through the psychotherapy application installed in the mobile device (500) of the patient.
