PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out a speedy assembly work by surrounding and framing upper and lower forms of an aluminum form material and a longitudinal frame to form a load resisting frame, and closing it with a surface side light transmitting plate and a rear side bottom plate to hold solar cells in the frame. CONSTITUTION:An upper form 5 and lower form 6 of a thick aluminum form material and a longitudinal frame 7 are surrounded and framed to form a load resisting frame 2. After that, solar cells 3 having basic plates on which a large number of silicon system disc-like cells having about 10cm in diameter is arranged is held in the frame of the load resisting frame 2. Then, the surface side light transmitting plate 22 of a tempered glass is fixed with a holding edge of a form material, and the inside of the frame is closed at the surface side. In addition, a plywood rear side bottom plate 24 is closed in the frame of the load resisting frame 2 at the rear side, and it is closed by a right and left end blocking panel 43 to form a reverse V shaped roof truss 32.
