DIVIDING DEVICE FOR CERAMIC SUBSTRATE

PURPOSE:To improve dividing accuracy of a ceramic substrate by providing a lower-part dividing block in groove shape on the surface of the lower part of a rubber roller for division through a belt for carrying a ceramic substrate. CONSTITUTION:A rubber roller for division 1 with a function for constantly retaining a fixed pressure is provided on the upper part of a belt for carrying a ceramic substrate 3, thus enabling a fixed pressure to be applied to the lower part of the rubber roller for division 1 constantly through the belt 3. Since a lower part division block has a groove shape 5 on its surface, a short fence shaped chip fixed resistor 4 with a division line pressed by the upper division rubber roller is constantly divided in a central part 4b of a magnetic division point.
