Printing plate etching basin - with rocking motion to circulate etchant over the plate

In an etching device for printed plates, the etchant is circulated over the plate by means of a see-saw motion of the basin with the plate. To prevent the escape of obnoxious fumes, the basin is covered with a lid and a fume extractor. The method is simple and effective and much cheaper than other methods employed for this operation.
