<p>The syphon knee joint, particularly for drawing off fluids from the insides of hollow rollers has a suction pipe inserted into the roller by means of a pin. At the end of this pipe is a syphon tube. The adjacent muffs of both the pipe and tube are connected by a swivel pin. The swivel pin (13) is provided with a through flow (27) which connects the syphon tube to the suction pipe in the working position. Sections of the pin circumference form the sealing surfaces with the syphon tube muff (11) or with that (10) of the suction pipe (8).</p> |
