<p>Radiographic documents are automatically analyzed by an integrated sensor displaced in two coordinates directions using micrometer movement control. The information is obtained in series line by line for conversion and further processing. A document (11) placed on a transparent carrier (10) is illuminated from below by a source (5) and mirror (6). An optical objective (15) and a photodiode linear matrix (17) are positioned for required precision of document image on the matrix. This is effected by motors (19) using a sstem of drums and cables. The matrix is carried on a moving table (16) and an upper plate (14) such that step motors are able to move the matrix in two coordinates (x,y). Electronic circuits process the matrix signals for observation, storage or calculation.</p> |
