<p>The remote signalling system, for railways, transmits information cyclically between several terminals and a central terminal. At least one terminal is provided with a generator (11) and a control device (12) that inverts the binary values of the control information after each complete transmission cycle. The generator contains the binary control information and is periodically interrogated. A decoder (23) is located in the central terminal (2) to detect and evaluate the cyclically-inverted transmitted control information. THe decoder has two outputs for anti-valent alternating signals, each controlling an optical signal. This arrangement permits function control with a break in exchange of information.</p> |
