1524159 Rotary screen printing STORK BRABANT BV 4 Oct 1976 [3 Oct 1975] 41085/76 Heading B6C In a rotary screen printing machine the screen stencils are supported on pairs of support members, there being devices for axially tensioning and rotating the stencils and for manually adjusting the relative registration of the stencils, all of which have an inner adjustable squeegee, wherein on one side of the machine there are reading scales 14-16 for recording the positions of the manual adjustments and other data. Longitudinal, transverse and oblique positions of the stencils are adjusted by controls 17-19 respectively. Member 20 adjusts web height, knob 21 lifts the squeegee, knob 22 tensions the stencils via a pneumatic device and knob 23 adjusts the squeegee pressure. Record cards having information thereon corresponding with a particular stencil are placed on panel 49 and markers on scales 14-16 are aligned with marks on the cards. Other adjustments (also described) are made from the information on the card. |
