<p>PURPOSE:To anchor an electric wire to a predetermined set up position with no disturbance of rotary action of a bird harm-preventing device by forming holding part such a holding ring for holding the electric wire is divided symmetrically into right and left sections, shaping a hook unit with a wire rod bent into U-shape, providing a stopper on both ends of the hook unit and providing a flat part insertable into a narrow groove. CONSTITUTION:For a holding part 1, a hook unit 2 of an anchor A is inserted into a hole H in a clamp C with a stopper 19 stopped to a base plate 3, and the anchor A is fixed to the clamp C. By turning a nip piece 11 of closing tools 5a, 5b, they are placed in a free condition with an electric wire W inserted with a hinge 4 serving as a supporting point, and by holding a bird harm- preventing device B3 with a holding ring 14, the anchor is connected to the bird harm-preventing device B3 by the nip piece 11 of the closing tool 5b. Thus without disturbing rotary action of the bird harm-preventing device B3, the electric wire W can be anchored to a predetermined set up position.</p> |
