<p>A heart pacemaker has a heart signal discriminator system for distinguishing between simultaneously generated external periodic signals and coronary activity, with a device to define the coronary activity with a circuitry stage (36, 42, 48, 51) which emits a recognition signal in the form of a reference level and also a second signal level higher than the level of the first signal. A second circuitry stage (53, 54, 59, 65, 71) produces a signal when the difference between the reference level and the second level exceeds a predetermined value.</p> |
