Time-dependent charge payment regulator has a first recorder at the entrance and a second recorder at the exit. The printer of the first recorder is moved according to time and prints a charge block divided into charge sectors on the dispersed ticket. The printer of the second recorder moves synchronously with the printer of the first and marks the charge sector according to the time which has elapsed. The movement of the printing types is determined by pulses of a pulse generator independent of time. The pulse frequency is freely adjustable in dependent on the charges to be applied.
