PURPOSE:To provide a process for piling up bottom plates, constituting them by welding and placing a base metal between an upper plate and a lower plate piled up as an interlayer material, which electrode an electrical potential are lower than these plate materials so that anticorrosiveness is improvable and the working period is reducible. |
