The circuit maintains a constant current and/or voltage independently of temperature conditions where several transistors, diodes and resistors as well as one or more reference elements are installed. One terminal of the working voltage (1, 16) is connected to one of the collectors (4) of a multi-collector transistor (5) via one or several resistors (2) and a transistor (3) switched as a diode in the direction of current flow. The terminal is also connected to the other collector (8) of the multi-collector transistor (5) via at least two diodes (6, 7) terminated in the direction of current flow.
