PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white developer for electrostatic latent image development that has high image density and prevents abnormal images including white streaks caused by an aggregate and adhesion of a carrier.SOLUTION: There is provided a white developer for electrostatic latent image development comprising a white toner having at least a binder resin, white pigment, and mold release agent, and a magnetic carrier including at least core materials and a coating layer comprising a coating resin and conductive fine particles for coating each of the core material, where the magnetic carrier has Ra in a range from 0.50 to 1.00 μm and a bulk density in a range from 2.08 to 2.24 g/cm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
