PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a flow rate per unit time of a small pump 100 having a diaphragm 10 composed of a piezoelectric element 10a and an elastic thin plate 10b. SOLUTION: In this small pump having the diaphragm 10 composed of the piezoelectric element 10a and the elastic thin plate 10b, and using a volumetric change in a pump chamber 90 by the diaphragm 10 driven by the piezoelectric element 10a, a first shock absorbing chamber 90a is arranged for removing unnecessary vibration of respective parts caused by the vibration of the diaphragm 10.
