PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably connect a contact element and an object to be inspected to achieve certain continuity and to relatize a still more low connection resistance value between them. SOLUTION: Since the contact element 2 is opposed to the energizing force of a spring 4 to axially contract and retreat axially while compressing the spring 4 when the leading end 2a of the contact element 2 is pressed to the object to be inspected, a projected part 6c slides downwardly along a groove part 6a. Since a bearing part 5c is supported with respect to a shaft part 5b in a freely rotatable manner, the contact element 2 falls within a housing body 3 while rotates around its axis. When the leading end 2a of the contact element 2 is separated from the object to be inspected, pressing force does not act on the contact element 2. As a result, the contact element 2 receives the energizing force of the spring 4 and the projected part 6c slides upwardly along the groove part 6a and the contact element 2 rises while rotates around its axis. |
