PURPOSE:To easily attach/detach a filter by making it possible to displace a filter holder between a prescribed working position of a filter and an attaching/detaching position where a filter/loading/unloading direction faces an idle end opening port which is formed by opening the part of the device main body. CONSTITUTION:As to the filter holder 40 which is turnably supported by a shaft, by making the fulcrum 41 as the intermediate point, a lever is disposed on one side and a filter housing part 43 capable of freely loading/unloading the filter 39 is disposed on the other side, and a prescribed angle is made by them. In the case that an upper unit 10a is in a closed state, the lever is depressed by a lever depressing member 44 so that the filter holder 40 may be turned in a counterclockwise direction and the filter housing part 43 is kept to look upward in a fixed position. When the upper unit 10a is opened, the lever depressing member 44 is separated upward, so that the filter holder 40 is turned in a clockwise direction by gravity, and it is set in the attaching/ detaching position where the filter housing part 43 faces the idle end opening port 46. Thus, the filter can be easily attached/detached without making the opening angle of the device main body larger. |
