ANTI-SKID CONTROLLER

摘要

PURPOSE:To set the pressure reducing time of a wheel cylinder with high accuracy by making a feed switch valve function as a pressure sensor through a piezoelectric ceramics until anti-skid effect starts working, and making the valve function as a feed switch valve through the piezoelectric ceramics after anti-skid effect starts working. CONSTITUTION:A front fluid-pressure chamber 10a in a dual master cylinder 10 and a wheel cylinder 11 are connected to each other through a single fluid-pressure circuit 20. Besides, an anti-skid circuit 40 installed in the fluid-pressure circuit 20 is provided with a feed switching valve 23, and the valve 23 has a valve body 32 which is movable from the first position where a port 30b and a port 30c are communicated to the second position where their communication is shut down with reverse piezoelectric effect obtained by applying voltage to a piezoelectric ceramics 34. With this constitution, when the piezoelectric ceramics 34 is compressed to make voltage generate according to the compression amount with piezoelectric effect, generated voltage is inputted to a fluid-pressure converting circuit 53 thorugh a relay 50, an input circuit 51 for sensing, and an integrating circuit 52, where fluid-pressure in a fluid-pressure chamber 31 is estimated. Moreover, the anti-skid control circuit 54 controls so that voltage may be applied to the piezoelectric ceramics 34 for period according to the estimated fluid-pressure.
