PURPOSE:To enable the sticking of a skin object to a core to be surely achieved by a method in which when the skin object is stuck to the core, after the skin object has been drawn into a plurality of the apertures of the core successively with a plurality of suction bodies, the skin object is sucked to the front surface and the recessed surface of the core. CONSTITUTION:The core 6 whose front surface 9 (outer side surface is contained) and recessed surface 10 are coated with an adhesive 8a, is fitted onto the receiving surface 25 of the receiving die 26 of a jig 22. While the rear surface 11 of the core 6 is brought in close contact with the receiving surface 25 of the receiving die 26, a skin object 7 is held on a clamp 54 in tensioned state, and said skin object 7 is heated and softened with a heater 55. While the jig 22 is raised and approached to the skin object 7, two adjacent bodies in three suction bodies 41, 42, 43 are raised to the skin object 7 from the receiving surface 25 of the receiving die 26 through the aperture 12 of the core 6. By sucking air from the upper end of the suction body 41, the skin object 7 si sucked thereto. The suction body 41 which has sucked the skin object 7 is lowered on the receiving surface 25 of the receiving die 26, and a part of the skin object 7 is drawn into the aperture 12 of the core 6, whereby a part of the skin object 7 is caused to oppose to the recessed surface 10 of the core 6. |
