MAGNETIC CORE DEVICE AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To prevent a gap between a winding body and an inner frame, loosening of a thin plate and sideway slip because a core is protected sufficiently and the winding body swells by installing on the core a bobbin having such a shape as to expose a part of the outer side surface and outer peripheral surface of the core. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 6 comprises an inner frame 3 fitted on the inner circumference of a core 2 and a reinforcement portion which is in contact with the outer side surface and peripheral surface of the core 2 and formed in one piece on the inner frame 3. Any shape can be taken for the reinforcement portion if the shape exposes a part of the outer side surface and outer peripheral surface of the core 2. The shape is determined appropriately according to applications or the like. The reinforcement portion has a collar portion 4 which is in contact with the outer side surface of the core 2 and formed in one piece with the inner frame 3, and a pressing member 5 which is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the core 2 and formed in one piece with the collar portion 4.
