PURPOSE:To improve airtightness in an optical disk and to prevent the deterioration of a guide groove etc. formin layer and a recording layer by sealing between two substrates with a metal having good wetting property to the substrate. CONSTITUTION:A photosetting resin layer 5 having a guide groove is formed on one side of a glass substrate 11, and tellurium is vapor deposited on it as a recording layer 6. Two substrates 11 are placed opposite to each other with the recording layer side inside, and an inner periphery spacer 2 made of aluminium and an outer periphery spacer made of aluminium 3 are interposed between them, and bonded with an organic bonding agent such as epoxy resin etc. to constitute a so-called air snadwich disk. Indium-tin alloy is melted and poured inside of the inner periphery spacer 2 and outside of the outer periphery spacer 3 as metallic sealing agent 12. A metal having good wetting property against glass will suffice for the purpose. This is further covered with an organic bonding agent 13. |
