<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the compost raw material fermentation accelerator which restores soil productivity and is useful for producing sound crops by mixing aerobic bacteria, anaerobic bacteria and liquid active root nodule bacteria-contg. liquid to specific loose materials contg. cattle droppings and fermenting the mixture in a specific state. CONSTITUTION:The loose materials are first prepd. by adding a proper amt. of sawdust and planing refuse to the cattle bedding straws contaminated with the cattle dropping bred by the compounded feeds into which the anaerobic bacteria are incorporated and by incorporating about 0.5wt.% rice bran, about 0.1 to 0.2wt.% charcoal powder, and proper ratios of minerals, bone powder and other effective materials therein. About 1wt.% aerobic bacteria and about 0.3wt.% anaerobic bacteria as well as the active root nodule bacteria-contg. liquid at the ratio to make about 4l per 1t loose materials are well mixed with these loose materials to prepare the immature compost. One part bark and one part mixture composed of clay, rice straws and dry glass, etc., are added to three parts of this immature compost and a small amt. of fermentation enzyme is added thereto. This immature compost is fermented for the period when the integrated temp. attains about 2400 to 2500 deg.C at about 60 deg.C fermentation temp. and thereafter, the compost is dried properly, by which the desired fermentation accelerator is obtd.</p> |
