PURPOSE:To improve the disk exchanging speed and to attain the assured actuation of an automatic changing device by forming many storing grooves of about 1/4 semicircle shape to a disk storing tray, and providing guide grooves corresponding to said storing grooves at areas higher than the bottom part of the storing groove. CONSTITUTION:Many storing grooves 102 having the curvature radiuses accordant with disks and about 1/4 semicircle shapes are formed continuously to a tray main body 103 which store disks with a prescribed pitch. Then parallel guide grooves 114 are formed corresponding to the grooves 102 on the extended lines of the grooves 102 at the areas slightly higher than the groove 102. These grooves 114 guide the disks when they are loaded and unloaded. Therefore no position shift is produced even if the external forces such as vibration etc. are applied to the disks stored to the tray 103. Thus an access is always fed to a desired disk to load this disk assuredly. In such a way, the disk exchanging speed is improved and the assured actuation of an automatic disk changing device is attained.
