<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the structure by providing a body secured to a supporting member, a rotary body fixed thereto, viscous grease filled between the secured body and the rotary body and a long flexible body wound windably/rewindably around the rotary body. CONSTITUTION:A fin 8 of a secured body 2 is inserted through a predetermined gap between tubular fins 11, 12 provided on a rotary body 3 while a spring chamber for a return spring 4 is formed between the fin 11 and the shaft 7 on the secured body 2 and viscous grease is encapsulated in the gap and the spring chamber 4. Upon rotation of the rotary body 3, sharing force functions on the grease to rotate the rotary body 3 slowly thus providing shockabsorbing function. A bobbin 15 for winding long flexible material, i.e. a rope 14, is formed on the rotary body 3 so that the rope 4 is wound around the bobbin 15 when the rotary body 3 rotates in one direction and rewound from the bobbin 15 when the rotary body 3 rotates reversely. The base section 14a of the rope 14 penetrates through a slit 15a made in the outer circumference of the bobbin 15 and folded in arch to provide a stop ring 16, which is secured to an overlapping section.</p> |
