A manufacturing method of the fastener for spacing the concrete form is provided to mark the number for indicating the thickness of wall so that the operator can get to know the usage of fastener. A manufacturing method of the fastener for spacing the concrete form comprises following steps: a step for manufacturing the fastener for maintaining the concrete form interval as forming; a step for arranging an upper form(10) and a lower form(20) at the top and bottom; a step for cutting the iron plate material making use of a punch(10a) and a cutter(10b); a step for forming a joint hole and a cut-off groove, and a fixed groove part(20a); a step for arranging a supporting plate(20b) for the height control in the fixed groove part; a step for marking a number(4) indicating the wall thickness.
