摘要 Disclosed is a turbulent flow modeling apparatus of two step centrifugal blower capable of extracting mathematical modeling for the flow in an impeller of the two step centrifugal blower composed of two rotational areas and one non-rotational area. According to the disclosed specification, by composing a computational grid of tetrahedral grids which are unstructured against the rotational and non-rotational areas of the impeller with design variables, an equation of movement can be extracted by converting the flow by using an MFR method of a rotating coordinate system according to the computational fluid mechanic of governed equations of each grid. Also, through dioxide of the extracted equations of movement and by setting mathematical modeling for k-ω shear-stress transport (SST) using turbulent flow, the two step centrifugal blower, whose performance and efficiency are maximized, can be manufactured.
