SINTERED MATERIAL OF CERAMICS

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of chipping caused by defficiency and falling off by sintering mixed powder of a binder consisting essentially of AlN and TiN in a given ratio. CONSTITUTION:This sintered ceramic material is formed by sintering mixed powder comprising 40-80vol.% TiN, AlN as a main component of binder and the rest sintered. A raw material selected from Al2O3, ZrO2 and Y2O3 is used as part of the binder. The sintered ceramic material is used for high-speed cutting processing of high hard material such as bearing steel.
