PURPOSE:To reduce metal contamination of a sealed-in fluid by forming a seal ring with synthetic resins other than a tetrafluoroethylene resin and partially buring a lubricating member formed of tetrafloroethylene resin with filler in the seal ring. CONSTITUTION:A seal ring 5 is formed of synthetic resins other than a tetrafluoroethylene resin, and a lubricating member 8 formed of a tetrafluoroethylene resin with filler is partially buried in the seal ring 5, the lubricating member being exposed to a seal end surface S. In this arrangement, an abrasion product is mainly composed of the seal ring 5 and the lubricating member 8, and a metallic abrasion product can be remarkably decreased to reduce metal contamination of a sealed-in fluid. |
