PURPOSE:To attain the special reproduction of a constant linear velocity CLV disk by synchronizng the clear timing of a memory address at write in a picture memory device with the generating timing of a reference signal for time base control in a disk player. CONSTITUTION:Since the time base servo 27 is applied based on a time base reference pulse (E) obtained by frequency-dividing pulse (A) generated from a reference oscillator 30, a reproduced video signal (F) is synchronized with the time base reference pulse (E) being the output of a frequency division counter 33 at a prescribed phase. Further, the time base reference pulse (E) is used as the horizontal reset pulse of a write address counter 42, the clear timing of memory address at write is synchronized with the generating timing of the time base reference pulse (E) to keep the absolute phase with a W/R clock (B). The titled device is immune to the effect of noise included in the reproducing signal and desirable.
