PURPOSE:To shorten analizing time while keeping analysis accuracy by operating the density of a specified point based on the measured value of the picture density at a measurement point and a specific weighting value obtained by means of retrieving the object measurement points from the point nearer to the specified point in order. CONSTITUTION:A judging part 2 calculates a coordinate size through the use of a parameter deciding the coordinate (mesh) size from an input device 1 and secures the area of a coordinate measurement data storing table 5 and an operation result storing table 6. Furthermore, a storage address is calculated based on inputted coordinate data and measured value data so as to be stored in the coordinate measurement data storing table 5. An operating part 3 retrieves the n (4<=n<=20) of measurement point (Xi, Yi) from the point nearer to the point A (X, Y) to be obtained in order so as to operate distance Li between the measurement points and the point A. The weighting value Wi of the measurement point is obtained from a formula I based on the distance Li and the measured value Gi of the picture density in the measurement point (Xi, Yi) and A(X, Y) is obtained by the density operating formula of the formula II through the use of the measured value Gi and the weighting value Wi. |
