A joint bearing, in particular for heavy machines and equipment, which in its body has an oblong cylindrical chamfered aperture and fixed in one position and rotary sliding elements of cylindrical shape, with co-axial apertures, characterised in that the sliding element (2) is fitted on its face (B) with a cylindrical recess (7) connected via a passage (8) with a circumferential internal recess (9) located around a passage (5) which has the axis (O), whereas the circumferential internal recess (9) is connected through a duct (10) with the circumferential rectangular outside recess (11) located on the cylindrical surface (C) of the sliding element (2), and the circumferential internal recess (9) is perpendicularly connected through channels (12) located in parallel to the axis (O) with greasing pockets (13) located on the flat surface (A) of the sliding element (2), whereas the circumferential rectangular outside recess (11) is connected through a groove (14) with a recess (15) located on the face edge (B) and on the cylindrical surface (C) of the sliding element (2), and the recess (15) has a greasing pocket (16) on its face end (B).<IMAGE>
