<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulating pipe material for drain capable of remarkably reducing man-hour, labor, time, and cost, required for countermeasure against drain noise, producing further excellent sound insulation effect than a conventional sound insulation work, and realizing comfortable living environment. SOLUTION: This sound insulating pipe material comprises an inner pipe 2 through which drain flows, an outer pipe 3 to cover an inner pipe 2, a sound insulation layer 6 consisting of two layers of the one being a sound absorbing layer 4 arranged between the inner and outer pipes 2 and 3 and the other being a sound insulation 5, or comprises the inner pipe 2 through which water flows; the outer pipe 3 to cover the inner pipe 2; and a sound insulation layer 6 arranged between the inner and outer pipes 2 and 3 and consisting of the one being the sound insulation layer 4 formed of felt or a porous material of a foam material and the outer being the sound insulation layer 5 formed of a rubber material.</p> |
