The electrical arrangement has an element (50) for measuring impact of a state variable of liquid. The element is charged with electricity over an electrical conductor. The element is partially covered with a coating (35), where the coating is made up of the plastic, which is an elastomer. The elastomer is a rubber, particularly ethylene-propylene-diene-rubber. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing an electric arrangement.
